Register dmgrs with job managers

Before a job manager can administer federated nodes of a dmgr and their resources, register the dmgr with the job manager. Registering a dmgr with a job manager also enables you to run job manager jobs from a dmgr console.

Ensure that the dmgr version number must not be higher than the version number of any job manager with which you are registering the dmgr.

To register dmgrs, you can use the dmgr console or the wsadmin registerWithJobManager command.
