Turkish characters are displayed incorrectly in the administrative console
Follow the steps described here when Turkish characters are displayed incorrectly in the WAS administrative console.
Problem
When the operating system locate is set to Turkish, some Turkish characters that you input on the administrative console are displayed incorrectly.
Solution
Edit the file, [WAS_ROOT]/properties/encoding.properties and change the entry, tr=ISO-8859-9 to tr=UTF-8.
