Configure deployment managers
Overview
When you installed the WebSphere Application Server Network Deployment product, a deployment manager was created. A deployment manager provides a single, central point of administrative control for all elements in a WebSphere Application Server distributed cell. You probably will not need to reconfigure the deployment manager. To view information about and manage a deployment manager, use the settings page for a deployment manager.- Access the settings
page for a deployment manager. Click System Administration > Deployment

- Configure the deployment manager as desired by clicking on a property such as Custom Services and specifying settings on the resulting pages. A deployment manager is like an appserver and you can configure a deployment manager in a manner similar to the way you configure an application server.
