Viewing the log file for the Connections plug-in 

If you encounter any errors during the installation or configuration process, review the log file for troubleshooting information.


About this task

The logs for the plug-in are stored in the default temp directory for users. For example, on Windows™ XP, the directory is: C:\documents and settings\<username>\Local Settings\temp\IBM Connections Plugins Logs\.

Note: This folder might be hidden by default, in which case you will need to use a system tool to display it. For example, on Windows XP, open the Control Panel and select Folder Options. On the View tab, select Show hidden folders as a folder option.
