Administer cache
Profiles can display organizational structure information using reports-to cache settings. These settings determine how the caches that are used to store the full-reports-to and mini-reports-to data are configured.
Profiles uses two in-memory caches to support the organizational structure views: the full reports-to cache and the mini reports-to cache. For performance reasons, Profiles uses these caches to present report-chain information rather than accessing the corporate If the caches are disabled, the reporting structure information is available, but displays more slowly.
