Subscribing to Support updates

To receive automatic updates when IBM publishes new support content for your products, including information about new releases, fixes, technotes, APARs, and support flashes, subscribe to weekly email updates or RSS feeds.

To sign up for email updates, you must be a registered user on the IBM Software Support website.


Subscribe to email updates

  1. Go to the IBM Rational Support website

  2. In the upper-right corner of the page, in the Personalized support box, click My support.

  3. Sign in with your IBM ID and password.

  4. Edit your profile to add products that you are interested in:

    • Open the Edit profile tab and click Add products.
    • Select the product category as Software.
    • Select a product segment, for example, Software Development.
    • Select a product subsegment, for example, Software Quality Management.
    • Select the products you want updates on.
    • Click Add products.

  5. On the Edit profile tab, click Subscribe to email.

  6. Select the product category as Software.

  7. Select Please send these documents by weekly email.

  8. Optional: If required, update your email address.

  9. Select the types of documents for which you want to receive information.

  10. Click Update.

To subscribe to RSS feeds, go to... http://www.ibm.com/software/support/rss/rational/
